Can I check the status of my order?
When the items in your order are shipped, we will send you an email to inform you.
You can check the status of your order on our website under Order Tracking where you will find the following statuses:
Pending. Waiting to receive payment for the order (for bank transfer payment methods).
Processing. Preparing the order.
Sent. Order delivered to the courier company.
Delivered. Order received by the customer.
Cancelled. Order cancelled.
When you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email. Every time your order changes status, you will receive an email notifying you of the change.
Can I have a shipping address other than the billing address?
It is possible to send a package to an address other than the billing address. In this case, at the time of registration, you can add the addresses you want and select the billing and delivery addresses.
Can I cancel an order once it has been shipped?
Once the order has been shipped, we cannot cancel it, and rejection or return will involve shipping costs to be paid by the customer. To cancel an order before it has been shipped, you must contact us on the same day (before 4:30 p.m.) and notify us.
What happens if an item is out of stock?
If an item is not available due to a stock error or factory breakage, we will contact you to find the best solution.
