You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days without justification.

  • The withdrawal period expires 14 calendar days from the day you or a third party indicated by you (other than the carrier) acquires physical possession of the goods.

2. Conditions for returns

  • The product must be in the same condition as received, with its original packaging and all included accessories.
  • Returns of personalized products or sealed items for hygiene reasons that have been unsealed after delivery will not be accepted.
  • The cost of return shipping will be covered by us only if the product is defective or does not match the order placed.

3. Return procedure

  2. You will receive detailed instructions on how to prepare and send the product.
  3. Once the product is received and inspected, we will confirm the status of the return and proceed with the refund, if applicable.

4. Refund timeframes

  • If the return is accepted, the refund will be processed within a maximum of 14 days from the receipt of the product.
  • The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the purchase unless another method is agreed upon with you.

5. Product warranty

All our products come with a minimum 2-year warranty as per current regulations. If you detect a defect or malfunction during this period, contact us to manage the repair, replacement, or refund.
